4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Premium membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription via CCBill (or another authorized payment processor). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• Prices and billing terms are shown clearly during checkout.
• You may cancel anytime via your CCBill subscription management page or by emailing admin@secretfantasy.co.za.
• Cancellations take effect from the date notice is received. Failure to cancel recurring payments may result in continued billing.

5. User Conduct

You agree to respect other members and use the service responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, racism, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Sharing illegal or underage content (including persons who appear under 18).
• Redistributing or copying member content without consent.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

We reserve the right to moderate and remove content, suspend or ban users, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your personal data is collected only to provide services, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. Data will not be sold to third parties. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
